I had so much fun chatting with Toni! Sometimes as a founder I have to keep a very "tidy" story, because that's all part of the sales process. It was refreshing to chat about the messier details of daily founder decisions with Toni, I hope you will give it a watch!

Why selling to developers is so hard (and how to do it right) | B2B Growth Jump
Selling to developers sounds easy. Until you try it. They understand the problem. They see the value. And stillβ¦ they might not buy. Why? Because developers think differently. They believe they can build it themselves. They undervalue their own time. And often, the real buyer isnβt even the one youβre talking to. In this episode of B2B Growth Jump, we talk with Arnold Noronha (founder of Screenshotbot) about why selling developer tools is so hard, and what founders can do to actually make it work. In this episode, we cover: β Why most DevTools startups struggle with sales β Why developers resist buying (even when they need the product) β Why bottom-up sales works better than top-down β How open source can help (and hurt) your business β How AI is changing how developers think about building vs buying If youβre a B2B founder building for developers, this episode is for you. Perfect for: β B2B founders building DevTools β Engineers thinking about starting a company β GTM teams selling to technical audiences You can find out more about Screenshotbot via https://screenshotbot.io/ #b2bmarketing #b2bsales #b2bsaas #devtools #b2bgrowth #opensource #landingrabbit

Adam Rush is a happy Screenshotbot user at Spoke! But Adam talks about something even more important: snapshot tests are a multiplier for your productivity with agents. (You're not writing code manually, so why would you validate UI changes manually?)

Screenshotbot is raising prices starting April 15th. But you can still register at our old price until then, and we'll honor that price for as long as we can.

Raising prices starting April 15th
Automated screenshot testing for Android, iOS, and web apps. Catch UI regressions in CI/CD with GitHub, GitLab integration. Better than Git LFS for screenshot storage.

Screenshotbot had an embarrassing UI bug for a while now. There was a βοΈ next to the Reject button instead of a β, and it showed up during a customer demo at hashtag#droidcon. π’ Users donβt always report bugs. Developers donβt always catch their bugs. This bug has been here for almost two years now.
