I have tendonitis in my elbow, no lymph nodes on that side and have had very little pectoral muscle left on my chest due to a mastectomy. I have lymphoedema in my arm and granuloma annular on my elbow. But it's ok I can wait three weeks to be seen 🤦

Unmasking has meant I can regulate myself easier by stimming or removing myself from situations when I notice I'm becoming dysregulated. Leads to better sleep and lower anxiety. I think my FND was caused by stress from masking all the time.
