Well at least the recorded footage seems clean and not as laggy. Seems like eye tracking is a must cause the eye just goes where ever it feels like going.

on one hand, I'm enjoying this non stop grind of modeling on the other I really am cutting too many corners for my liking

Rigging = mostly done (needs some finesse and some blendshapes to hide clipping) UV Unwrap = body still needs to be unwrapped and afterwards need to play tetris to make sure things fit in a 2K map

Goofball .... well the jaw part works. I just didn't think too hard about the bone displacing from the back hole. I could make the helmet deform with the jaw a bit. I think it's a bit too late to redesign this part hmm hmmm something for tomorrow
