May as well make my first post on here about a publication. We used targeted capture of eDNA and isotopes to reconstruct 4,000 years of history at a temperate wetland. Up until 1000 years ago this was a seagrass system, a drop in sea level led to a ecosystem shift and mangroves now dominate here.
