I’m looking for some feedback from autistic people. I am working on my dissertation which intends to explore how recommendations from autistic people are shaping school supports. I am seeking feedback from autistics on questions I would ask of special education teachers. Here is what I have so far

Last school year I asked my supervisor if I could design a program for autistic students who did not require intensive academic support. These are students whose challenges are often minimized and whose unique strengths are frequently unseen. Programs for this population are not common.

Autistic advice requested please. I work with autistic HS students and a few of them use tech/watching videos throughout the day, I believe, as a self-regulating tool. Many of them can still mange work and are doing fine with their grades.
