I know I said I was working with the US releases, but I recently ripped the JP releases thanks to my friend. Here's something cool that some people might already know from playing or watching in Japanese: different areas have these secondary names which match up w/tracks on the OST

I'm about to move (IRL) so I won't be very active for a while.

Event folders > Find a cutscene I want to rip from (e.g. E605_001.PM1) > Open in hex editor (I use HxD) > Select bytes of model I want (PIB0/END0 indicate the start/end of a model) > Save selection as a new .PB file > Convert to .FBX with DDS3ModelConverter

Also, thread of the DDS characters' rough heights, based on their models heights.
