8 hours of driving today heading home. So glad I got to see so many family members this weekend. An indoor snowball fight, bookstore run, so many games, and karaoke...I must admit, this pic is my favorite. The youngest son (3) asked the youngest daughter (19) to sit with him AT THE KIDS TABLE!! 🖤

One of my favorite garden to table creations is my herb butter log. This one has chopped parsley, thyme, chives, basil, and a little rosemary harvested from my herb garden. Wrapped in wax paper and stored in a freezer bag, I cut off this butter log and use it to sauté all year...🌱

Today in the garden...thinking the potato plants dead due to cold, I went to see if any could be harvested. The Russet potatoes produced and I pulled some carrots for dinner, too! 🌱🥔🥕
