Huh. Okay, here's the plan. Lestat is gonna get some coke. Daniel's gonna snort it. Then, Lestat's gonna drink from him. Then, when Lestat is fucked up on the coked-up blood, he's gonna give Daniel some of his blood. ... Did he follow all of that?

Narrows his eyes, looking Joel up and down. "What d'ya want for it?"

Giving a vampire who likes to throw random shit in blenders and order the entire menu at restaurants free reign over his diet is probably a bad idea. Ah, well.

He almost called bullshit. Who wouldn't be willing to do /anything/ for Armand? "Yeah? That might be the craziest thing you've ever said." He teased instead. "I want you too, but... that's not crazy. So. I think I win."

Suddenly, his stomach was full of butterflies. And while that almost shut him up, almost had him admitting defeat, he was too stubborn to give in. "Well..." He laughed. "I'd argue that's the sanest thought I've ever had about you! You could /have/ anyone you wanted. Surely you know that?"

Well, Daniel could probably find a way to talk without a tongue. Honestly, it wouldn't be surprising if he even talks in his sleep. The boy whined when Lestat pulled away, hands reaching out to try and grab onto him. Greedy as ever. "Doesn't sound like a bad way to pass the time."

"I was raised to clean my plate, thank you!" As if he ever listened to that. He used to pile his food onto his sisters' plates if he didn't want it. "Let's see... You just wanted to kill a guy because I was making friends with him." He's trying to hide how much the thought made him preen.

The bite causes a whimper - but the words make him laugh. "Good luck with that. I can be bitchy when I wanna be. Maybe I'll fuck it up on purpose."

"Yeah, 'cause you're a psycho who likes to buy *every item off of a restaurant's menu.* Hard to run with a full stomach." He beams at him. He does like Armand. He's always liked Armand.

Daniel gasped, leaning most of his weight on the vampire. Making him hold him up. He already was weak, but he could give more. Especially with that little boost from Lestat's blood. "Yeah. Wait until you hear me try to pronounce French words. You'll hate it."

"Okay, fine. You've got me there." He laughed, hiding his blush as much as he could. "Let's see... Uh... Oh, right. You decided instead of just saying 'I like you, let's hang out,' to make me /run for my life/."

"Yeah? Fuck it, let's play." He grinned. "Let's start with: When we met, you tortured me. Not a very sane thing to do."

Daniel's knees buckled a little. Lestat should have no issue holding up his weight, though. He's a vampire, after all. His head tilted back, offering up his neck. "I don't know. Seems like a reward for you too." He said, fighting a smile.

"Nope. Don't know what the fuck you just said, but keep going." He couldn't put his finger on what was different, but everything sounded nicer. The colors were brighter, the sounds sweeter. If this is what vampirism is like... "I should learn French, shouldn't I?"

"There's something wrong with us." As he said that, he started to laugh. Because he doesn't care that there's something wrong with them. He doesn't care that his lover just had to be talked out of killing a friend of his. "And only one of us is old enough to have an excuse for it."

"Your /voice/." He's hearing so many different sounds. Surely, that's the blood. Either the sounds are real or he's hallucinating. Who cares? It doesn't matter. "It sounds..." A laugh. "Keep talking. Please!"

Daniel's eyes took in the surroundings, wide and amazed. He reached out to touch Lestat's hair. He's never so touchy. Then again, he's never been this high in front of the vampire, has he? "Incredible. That's the word. Yeah."

"Maybe I will." Daniel blinked a few times. Then tipped his head back and /laughed/. "Fuck, I think I'm seeing new colors."

And Daniel knows that. Maybe that's why he didn't bother to say it. That way, every time Lestat pulls back, it's /his/ decision. More fun that way. More thrilling. "Yeah. /Yeah/. That sounds good."

His eyes locked onto Lestat, pupils blown out from the vampire blood. He would be buzzing for the rest of the night, that much was for sure. "Got it. And you can have as much of my blood as you want too." Maybe he should set a 'no killing me' ground rule. He doesn't.

"There's nothing to forgive." Maybe there should be. But whatever's wrong with Armand compliments what's wrong with Daniel. Good for them, bad for everyone else. Good thing he doesn't care about anyone else. "Have I ever told you how good you look when you're possessive?"

"As much as I'd like?" Oh, that's a dangerous thing to say to him. He wants too much. He always wants too much. Daniel has never once known moderation. It's one of his best traits /and/ one of his worst. "You sure?"
