Hot take #NephSky if you order a renal biopsy and are not willing or available to talk to the renal pathologist, why have you ordered this test? The power of the renal biopsy is an exercise in clinico-pathologic correlation, it doesn’t work as other lab tests.

Seeing a lot of the new people on Bluesky with a tag “invalid handle”. See the screenshot for how to get rid of that tag (from 2023, but likely the same issue.) Also, consider putting a real picture and a bio if you’re using this for professional networking. I am hesitant to add acct otherwise

So far the user experience of Bluesky is the most similar to former Twitter. Much better than Threads.
