Another hazy day is expected across the region today. An area of low pressure will move by to the north on Saturday, bringing expected showers and thunderstorms, a few of which may be severe. Drier and cooler weather is expected to follow on Sunday.

Smoke from wildfires in northern Minnesota and Canada will continue to cause poor air quality across western and north-central NY. Temperatures will reach the upper 70s to low 80s today.

Aside from the wildfire smoke creating hazy conditions, mainly dry weather is expected through Thursday night. Lows tonight will range in the 60s region wide while, highs Thursday will mainly be in the upper 70s to mid 80s.
