Chronic illness/pain friends: do you ever feel useless? If so how do you cope with it? Part of me *knows* I’m not but I just wanna be able to be helpful & do normal things and it weighs on me everyday.

I forget to update stuff here. I may move over this way more cause a lot of poop on 🐦
