My #cat has been hard at work training me for 16 years, but I think it's finally paying off! Bonus - she sounds like an old lady that has been smoking a pack a day for 16 years...

My #alocacia has two incoming leaves! My house doesn't get great light, but this crazy #plant seems to thrive in it!

My #sask #garden was strange this year (great greenery, terrible production), but my #grapevine was insanely productive. 21 pounds of grapes off the vine, which reduced to 18 pounds of grapes ready to juice.

I wore glasses for 40 years. After getting LASIK, I went a little overboard with fun #sunglasses. These are favorites of mine - the bigger and funner the better!

This #pansy might look like hot garbage, but what you need to know is that it is a self-seeded pansy, and it grew in the middle of my gravel backyard, and survived two frosts and a small snow cover. I figure it deserves a chance to thrive indoors. 😊

This is Oesepia (oh-seh-pee-ah), a world I've been building since 2017. I made this #watercolor #fantasy #map early in the summer. I'm planning to create a #DnD setting book and modules using the literal *thousands* of words worth of world building and previous missions I have in my #GoogleDocs.

Before and after of my first #furniture #refurbish. Used chalk paint, which was really nice to work with, but I was not able to get a good protection coat on it (tried both wax and varnish, and both were a disaster! ). Very happy with the result!

I make item cards for my #DnD games, among other physical props. This is an OG creation made with #ink and #watercolor on an index card. The item itself is an amulet of healing that disintegrates with every charge used.

For fun, I made this thing. It's awful, but I had fun making it!

This is Little Girl. She's 16 years old and doesn't care if he cuddling interrupts my work. Her purr could power a small house, though.

Here's a digital art piece I worked on yesterday. I'm still getting used to layers and the different brushstrokes. I'm looking forward to figuring out masking, and learning more advanced skills, but this isn't bad, I don't think.

I'm still too shy with my digital art (although it's getting better with every project!), but here at a few little pieces I've done this month. All from references. So far I enjoy watercolor the most!
