Started playing Mario Galaxy for the first time. Not exactly a blind playthrough as I know a lot about it, due to being on the internet and having played a bit as a child at my friends place before. But yes, that is an iconic soundtrack.

Finished Bananza. Very fun journey, loved the DK and Pauline combo.

The latest One Piece episode was everything it needed to be. When One Piece is good, it's really good.

Having a blast with Donkey Kong Bananza, and once I finish it the list of games that I want to play is long. But I also lowkey want to replay Final Fantasy VII Remake (and then Rebirth), which is an insane idea and I shouldn't do it...but can I resist the urge.

I have a lot of history with the Donald Duck comics. It's always surprising to me to hear how they aren't big in the US, as the Duck comics are huge in European countries, and unavoidable for many kids. I had a magazine subscription, which would feature all the Duckburg characters. Lots of fun!

I was hyped for episode 5 of Witch Hat Atelier, but that was... I'm speechless. It almost made me tear up, I can't believe how great it was. Probably my favorite episode of anything this year.

Big fan of Shion from Otagal

I love Splatoon. But I was always hoping for a single player spin-off, and Splatoon Raiders is exactly that. Genuinely one of my most anticipated games.

Continue to be in love with how they chose to expand on certain moments. The chase scene has a great atmosphere to it. You can feel the tone shift as Coco (and the others) are chasing this mysterious person and getting lost.

Rewatching Ponyo just to feel something. Lisa is such a funny character.

The opening for Kamiina Botan is so incredible! I'm genuinely in love, it takes proper advantage of the 4:3 aspect ratio, and is filled with creative shots that establish a fantastic mood. Probably opening of the season, very much in love with it.

I'm always saying that

Watched the Mario Galaxy movie, and people were being way too overdramatic. It's not a good movie, but it's fine. I expected a 2.5/5 movie and got exactly that. You know what isn't a 2.5/5 though ? Witch Hat Atelier, go watch that now.
