Yesterday I was preparing for a three course meal (competition win) but on the way I got sick so in fact haven't eaten in nearly 24hrs. I also got to be sick in a pub bathroom, something I've never done before 🤦‍♀️

Imma gripe a bit. Because my day is regularly beset by peers looking for advice/ support /cover - i like helping, I'm not complaining. But a development day is scheduled for when I'm off and the attempts to consider alternatives was lacklustre at best.

Do not say you welcome distractions from report writing if you don't mean it! This morning was definitely a challenge and some worthy work but yikes, report writing would have been kinder to my blood pressure!
