THIS IS A LAST CALL FOR BATCH #6!! We are now officially sold out of both purple and white trackers with only a hand full of blue remaining.

And just like that... THE WAIT IS FINALLY OVER!!!! Batches 5 & 6 are officially in the books. Here is what our batches ended up looking like: Total Shipments = 1015 Total Trackers Shipped = 6298 Total RMAs = 139 (since March 2025) Total Discord Members = 2381

This will probably be my last formal production update for a while because... WE ARE FINALLY CAUGHT UP ON THE ORDER BACKLOG!!! All of our outstanding orders (except for one where I am already talking to the customer) were placed this week and will be shipped out on Tuesday.

We are almost there y'all!!! Our fulfillment partners said that they are going to blitz tomorrow to try to get the rest of our outstanding orders shipped out, so fingers crossed they can pull off their highest shipment count yet!

Late-night update for those night owls out there! The USB-C cables arrived today, but were too late to be packed with orders to get shipped by the fulfillment center.

I am sorry for the radio silence from me this past week!! Despite my crazy slow internet connection these past few days, we were able to continue pushing out shipments. I will explain where I was in a ⁠company-updates on Friday... Now for shipping! Here is the latest for y'all:

We are starting the week off strong! I was able to make it to the fulfillment center right as they opened at 6:30 to hand off the stickers so that we could start shipping as soon as possible.

Another day, another shipment update! I expect that the frequency of these updates will drop off once we get caught up on our order backlog this time next week!

Okay so new format with better data so people can know where we are at as orders ship and new orders roll in. We have 231 total orders outstanding 3000's = 24 orders left to ship 4000's = 48 orders left to ship 5000's = 149 orders left to ship 6000's = 10 orders left to ship

More and more shipments are going out!! Again - gonna keep this short and sweet. We have 269 total orders outstanding and are packing as quickly as we can. We have shipped another 30 orders for each of the last two days, so slowly but surely getting caught up on the backlog.

Happy Friday Everyone!!! I will keep this update short and data-driven for those of you waiting for your order notification. We started the week with 388 outstanding orders. We were able to get a total of 192 shipments sent out over the last 5 days, which made a HUGE dent in our backlog.

Quick update for your Wednesday afternoon: 1000 white trackers are assembled and have completed QA so they will try to begin packing and shipping out tomorrow! The only thing holding us back from shipping immediately is the Batch #6 gift

I am going to keep this short and sweet today... Batch #6 is moving!! All straps have arrived All of the PCBs have arrived All strap adapters are assembled and final tracker assembly is slated to start first thing tomorrow morning!

SO SO SO CLOSE!!! We have officially shipped all sets of 5+ trackers to all customers in the US. All customer orders shipping outside of the US are fully packed and are planned for pickup by DHL tomorrow!

It is all finally working!! I am THRILLED to be able to say that we are officially done with the assembly for the full batch #5 and are fully focused on packing and shipping out orders!

THE FIRST ORDER OF BATCH #5 IS OFFICIALLY PACKED AND LABELED!!! Lucky number 1833 is officially on its way!! Thank you all for your patience as we get our shipping partner up to speed with this fulfillment process.

I have been on the assembly floor every day for the past week and will be all of this week to try to get these trackers shipped out ASAP. We now have all of the components in-hand and we are putting everything together as quickly as possible.

It has been a packed week as we prep for the final sprint for assembly. I met with our assembly partner on Monday and was able to hand over all of our boxes, straps, cables, charge bricks, stickers, screws, magnets, and 10,000 batteries. I have NEVER seen my house so cleared out!!
