The 28th, now by 20 years (& 2005 tears) always reminds me of this picture, of before we lost electricity, when the bands began to cross our Parish. We never thought K@trina would hit St. Tammany Parish like it did (far worse than Orleans Parish, but they had the crappy levees) - across the lake.
