Seriously considering starting up a Play and Win as a Service business running the GW Play and Win platform for other conventions. I have a whole multi-tenant platform built at this point. It's not my ideal platform (yet) but it's getting there.

It's amazing how much being employed does for my mental health, and also fires me up for working on personal coding projects. I've been firing on all cylinders on Geekway Library code and making a lot of progress again. It feels really good.

I got a Logitech G923 last year, but I hadn't found the game that I really appreciated it for. I've been looking for a specific racing itch to scratch. I'm not a sim racer. As racing games have become more physics simulations and less arcade nonsense I've been turned off of the genre.

Happy Trans Day of Visibility Today is probably my favorite trans holiday because it's about existing and being visible. No more, no less. When I started my transition it was important to me to be visible. Not just within the trans community, but to my cis gendered family and friends as well.

I just don't understand vibe coding. I argued with Claude for 3 days trying to find a really specific bug that I've been troubleshooting for a while now. Surely, the one thing an LLM should be good at. As a Senior Engineer, my biggest LLM gains should be fixing very specific bugs.

Got all four story zones to level 10 in Pokopia today. I'm quite pleased with the results. Finally got the last berry tree. Built 2/3 of the legendary building plans from Pallet Town, but in the main zones because I'm weird like that. Finding room to build them was an adventure. Great game.

Pokopia is insanely good. Unbelievably good. I've sunk 80 hours into it already and I see no end in sight. There's so much I want to do, and every day I find something new and amazing to experience. It's delightful.
