At work, I always champion for test coverage, but my hobby projects had no tests at all. Now one broke when external API changed. For the future, I implemented a simple test that processes a fixture API response and compares with snapshot. Was super easy with vitest.dev and already revealed a bug 😅

Edited my latest video on a M1 Mac laptop instead of usual Windows Desktop. Very impressed with the performance: Resolve rendered 13 minute video in 2 minutes and the interface was smooth as butter. I guess it mostly comes down to hw accelerated h264, but still great for battery-powered device!

A Virtual Boy emulator was just released for the Nintendo 3DS. It runs games at full speed with stereoscopic 3D. Once again it was left to the fans to make this happen 👁️👁️
