Alright here is the transparency with how much I have made from KDP royalties: 2023: $1,917.26 2024: $8,825.52 I don’t do ads. I just do social media. I also make way more money from my signed paperback sales (probably due to my YA fantasy market) 🧵

I was told that 1,000 prelaunch followers for an indie book on Kickstarter was too ambitious, but we’re currently 2/3rds of the way and it launches in February. Also, let’s not have it sit at this number for too long 😂

I remember thinking I was so original when I had the idea to have 2 main characters who hate each other get forced into an alliance and eventually fall in love. Then I joined BookTok and learned that’s a whole flipping popular romance trope. 🤷🏼‍♂️

After 21 months since my first book was published, I just realized that I’ve sold over 10,000 books! 🥳🥳
