An interesting comparison of ridership recovery in Europe vs USA. No Canadian data. Metric of vehicle mileage is an industry standard although it can hide some changes. TTC uses vehicle hours which also have problems. Much hand wringing about ridership but no analysis of service levels.

TTC claims to be improving supervision on 11 routes with the intent of reduced bunching and gaps, and plans a report on preliminary results at their July meeting. To speed this process and provide more detail than official reports will likely show, I have analyzed these routes back to Jan 2024. (1)
