I just got the books from @totempole.bsky.social’s Kickstarter! They look amazing and are going to be a fantastic add to my collection of premium adult comics.

I planned a marathon of finishing shipping the Kickstarter orders this weekend and the cold I just caught will keep me home and honestly working. Hopefully not gaming instead.

This might not be super exciting to others, but I'm thrilled- I got recommended a comics-specific ad network that allows NSFW sites! So there's this silly little superstition, that the stuff you do on December 31st you'll also be doing for the next year. I'm not superstitious, but I'm not gonna risk it- I already played my bass today, did some chores and I sat down to do one last sketch for 2025. Stay safe tonight!

Every year I make a little count of all the stuff I made. This year it's over 177 comic pages (counting The Cummoner, Ad Asstra and my SFW comics Necros and In Stitches!), 4 podcast episodes (24 in December, but I count them as 3 big ones) and 4 paper books published. Also bought two bass guitars.

Reality: I have a ton of work to do and comics to ship. Brain: I should do an ecchi illustration of the bassist girls from Bocchi for my bass pickguard.

I've been quiet, but busy. Still packing, signing and shipping a ton of Cummoner books, also sliding deeper and deeper into my 2025 midlife crisis. Got another bass guitar- an inexpensive 5-string to try out the idea of a wider range. Also started my journey with linux, which is a rabbit hole.

One of my favourite little details in animation are different characters doing the same thing. A good example is traversal, where each hero would jump a gap or evade an obstacle in a different way, befitting their fitness, body build and personality.

We finally saw Kpop Demon Hunters! Loved it. I wish it was a full musical, but I recognize not every movie will be a musical until I'm actual king of the world. I don't "get" the kpop/idol/star theme, but it didn't stop me liking the movie. Though I probably missed a few juicy jokes or winks.
