Made by the Miriam Haskell company for the Babylon Krewe. This krewe has been around since the late 1930's and was known for using good designers for many of their krewe favors, even though many are not signed by the designer. the bracelet opens up with a hindge The inside dimension is 2 1/2 inches x 2 inch the circumference is 6 inch. the width range from 1/2 inch to 1 inch.
