A grading plan has been submitted to the City for 106 East Braddock Avenue; the Planning Commission earlier this month approved a request to revise the subdivision lines of the lot, which would facilitate the construction of a duplex. See alexandria.legistar.com/gateway.aspx... for information.

Specifically, by a vote of 61-12 (with 3 abstentions), the adopted position is that the RCA opposes the removal of spaces between Mount Vernon and Commonwealth, in addition to the previously-adopted opposition to their removal between Commonwealth and Russell. (2/3)
