In August 1945, Belgian investigators Génicot and Grosjean interrogated the captured members of the Pionierzug. In this excerpt, Richard Rosenke mentions SS-Sturmmann Gilg as one of the men who was with him in the basement when the Americans stormed the Grégoire house on the 22nd of December 1944.

Death certificate for 5-year-old Juliette Depas. She was born in La Reid near Theux and lived in Pepinster with her parents. In 1942 she went to stay with her paternal grandparents in Stavelot. Her return to Pepinster was delayed several times because little Juliette was happy at the farm.
