Got back home nearly 30 hours after I left for the airport in Chicago. That's an easy record for me for US domestic flights. 😵‍💫

The devolution of my travel plans: - ORD > SFO direct flight - 4 hour delay - ORD > LAX > SFO - Swapped planes after a wing light problem - 2 hour delay - ORD > DFW > LAX > SFO - 1 hour delay on the plane for deicing - Ultimate missed connection in LAX - Rebooked 8 hours later to SFO

Wrapping up being a juror on a homicide case and the series finale of The Good Place on the same day. Some days, the world feels like it's in shambles, but I'll sure rest well tonight.

One day after BFC, I'm neither here nor there. I'm a bit of an emotional wreck but also so damn thankful for the new memories, new friends, and some reconnections that span nearly two decades. Thank you to everyone who makes events like this possible.

My most profound moment today was the random black deaf dude walking by at the Mr S. Party making a point to greet me. ❤️

Totality does not fuck around. A day later it all feels like a fever dream, but it really happened. Highly recommend traveling to see it for those who haven't at least once.
