Blinking a few times before quickly grabbing the blue blur's hand in a tight grip as if he were never going to offer it again. "A perfect plan! Let's get going, Sonic!~"

"Do you ever think we slow him down too much? Like...maybe if we weren't slowing him down, he'd stop Robotnik faster?"

"I got a hammer now! I'm not afraid!" Standing proud and conveniently ignoring her panic just moments before. "But please! It's hard keeping up with you, you know!"

"How do you even keep up with him? It's like trying to slow dance with a ghost..."

"I thought you ran off though! I swear I just saw you!" She's tilting her head now. "Oh great. I'm all confused now."

Huffing again before turning around, bumping right into the blue blur. "GWAAA! IT'S METAL SONIC! IT'S MET-waitasecond! IT'S JUST SONIC!"

"Sonic is always leaving me behind! Hmmmmpf!"

"That's a cold place. I'd say it's about as cold as the winters!"

"It gets really, really cold sometimes, Sonic! I'd wear the proper stuff if you visit during the winter!"

"We've got hot, cold, and in-between! Well, that's putting it as simply as possible!" :D

"OH! Of course I would! I don't have anything else planned soooo~" Taking his hand with a fit of giggles, pulling herself up. "And thank you for asking if I'm alright, Sonic. You're so kind~"

"WAA-" The pink hedgehog jumped back in fear before falling down, a little squeak leaving her. "Ouch! O--Oh! Hi Sonic! Can you repeat that? I didn't hear you the first time. Ehehe..."

"WHA?! She...oooo drats!" Kicking the dirt. "How'd she manage to pluck up so much courage to KISS HIM ON THE CHEEK! It's not fair!"

"Y--Yeah! Of course I will! I wouldn't let you leave me behind anyway!" The Pink hedgehog tilted her head with a smile. That seemed to have cheered her up a bit.

"Nothing else?"

"Should I go buy new shoes? No, these'll be fine, but...what if they aren't?"

Puffing up her quills as best as possible before straightening out her skirt. "Okay, breathe, Amy. Breathe. You're just going on a date with THE Sonic the Hedgehog. Nothing to freak out about...OH WHO AM I KIDDING? IT'S SONIC! WHO WOULDN'T FREAK OUT?!"

"I'm super-duper excited! I can't sit still!"

"A DATE?!" Instead of taking this information in a calm and rational manner, Amy lets out the loudest squeak she can before giggling a bunch into her hands. It took the pink hedgehog a few minutes to regain her composure and when she did, [+]

"Sweeeeet!~" Amy returned the grin, her cheeks a shade of rosy red. Sure, Tails might be there, but that won't ruin her time with Sonic!~ "And I'll do it if you want to ehehe...."

"No problem, Sonic! Just looking out for our friends! Afterall, he wasn't around last time, and I'd hate for him to miss it ehehe." Huffing before quickly adjusting her quills. "Maybe he could fly us up on that fancy plane you've told me about!"

"It is AND I was planning on going! Were you?" She tilts her head before looking at the blue hedgehog with curious eyes. "M--Maybe we could go together? W--WE CAN INVITE TAILS TOO IF YOU WANT-" Nice going, pinky. Blowing your one chance to spend time alone with Sonic.

"Oh! It's the lake!" Removing her hands from her face, a smile resting on it now as she looked around before sighing. "Doesn't this place just bring back memories, Sonic? Maybe not exactly super happy ones, but still! Gosh, it's super pretty, isn't it?~"

"GWA-" Quickly putting her face into her hands, peeking through her fingers as they flew through the air. "Soniccccccc!"

"O--Okay...to YOU maybe! Uhm...to someone like Tails, I'm pretty tall!"

"WOAH! Another me! Talk about déjà vu!"

"Hm? Oh! Nope, it's fine!" She let out a tiny squeal of delight. This was a thrill to her and any thought of Robotnik was out of her mind and left in the dust trail that Sonic left behind.

"Oh! Okie! Sorry for the mixup! HEY WAIT! I'M NOT THAT TINY!"

The pink hedgehog let out a simple squeak as she was swept off her feet. She was being held by Sonic....again, but this time she wasn't in trouble! A much better time all around. As many thoughts raced through her head, all she could do was sigh.

"I...I guess you're right! He is pretty slow..." Taking his hand, a smile on her face. She wasn't going to pass on an opportunity to spend time with Sonic! "Let's get rolling then!"

"He's a pretty specific guy, Sonic! You can kind of read him like a book sometimes..." She's a bit hesitant at the suggestion. "Are you sure that's a good idea, Sonic? I'd LOVE to, but what if I'm right in my silly little guess? I don't think it's a good idea to provoke him!"

"Hmmm. It's Sunday...and that starts with an "S"....Sonic starts with an "S".... I got an ideaaaa! Sonic Sunday!~"

Gasping "WHAT IF HE IS?! What if you being so speedy alerts him? Like, maybe he built some crazy satellite thingy in space that sends off an alert when it detects something going faster than what a normal animal could go? Tails, Knuckles, Me and everyone else are pretty fast, but you're...speedy!"
