In my top ten for the year, I've got Ninja Gaiden 2 Black at 5 and Silksong at 6, and I feel like I can't push Silksong higher precisely for the reason NG2B is so high, which had me lamenting that more games weren't anywhere near as good at being straight up fun

At the time Yeah Yeah Yeahs felt like one of many cool indie bands coming out of America to me but they and this album in particular have held up so well and I still listen all the time

Watched Batman Forever last night. Always had a soft spot for it and that spot is now softer than ever. The opening sequence is pretty bad and Two-Face has basically no characterisation, but the film is so weird and randy and over the top it's great
