One thing I love about Pragmata is how sincere it is. The only time I've ever seen Hugh get annoyed with Diana was when she was reading out her robot name. Almost all the dialogue is Hugh earnestly explaining to Diana things like eating dinner or being messy or how sometimes rain is good or whatever

The new Mario movie certainly isn't *good*, but the vitriol some of the critics have had has felt pretty unfounded, honestly. I do just wish these films tried a little harder to be something meaningful. Mario means something to a lot of people and these films are such empty calories
