At a 5K run earlier this year there were three bands playing at different locations. I was participating in the run by walking and jogging, but I stopped by at all three and danced a little. I dance 10-15 minutes of Bhangra every day a home by myself. It’s a Sikh folk dance. A good cardio workout!

LEarlier this year I finished a 5K run in 42 minutes and placed first in my above 70 years age group. In india in college at the age of 20 I had done the same 5K (5,000 meters) run in track in 18 minutes. It was a lot of fun with friends and family. Worth a pat on the back!!
