It's great to see furs find success in the status quo. Many of us for a while probably believed we'd never find success or live satisfyingly functional lives. I think people with wealth and status can still be great inspirations. I don't believe those qualities should be *what is inspiring* though.

Personally I don't believe a community made up of minorities, queers, the socially misunderstood, the neurodivergent and the disadvantaged needs role models with $10k+ fursuits, custom avatars, expensive holidays and influencer-style hot takes.
