We are at a holiday in now and we are tired but happy that we made it... but... we tried ordering the room through phone call first... from the official website and everything... and the lady said she needs a credit card number and then she kept 'mishearing' the numbers?? Everything else was fine?

Our apartment is dirty someone clearly was here before and nobody cleaned it and there's not enough towels or bedding... oh this is a not great start today
