Is there a more beautiful place to be drinking wine? Certainly not in my winemaking world. I’m so lucky to be making amazing wines that I pour my life and soul into, but it feels ridiculous to be able to drink them in a space like this. What a setting, what a place.

What a monumental plonker. One day back in the cellar and I’m already talking to camera before staring off into the distance. Our Moristel is bloody good though and I just did 11500 steps on a broken toe to make the next vintage so cut me some slack.

What did you do for Valentine’s Day?! I went to Leicester and poured Paso for sixty members of the Grand Union Wine Society. It was lots of fun and there was plenty of love in the air for our wines.
