Saw this beautiful Rosy Maple Moth this morning. I've never wanted to pet a moth more!!

🌱 Harvested the garlic before we get a bunch of rain. Super happy with this year's grow. They will cure for a couple weeks and then I'll trim and brush off for storage.

What will our future look like if we ignore the atrocities?

🌱 Well, my pawpaw tree ended up dropping all it's fruit starts (pollination issues). Fortunately my persimmon tree is self pollinating and blossoming.

🍽️🌱 Garlic scape season is here for me! I love making a big batch of pesto with it to liven up dishes. I used nutritional yeast and walnuts in lieu of Parmesan and pine nuts because that's what I had in the pantry.

🌱 I'm hopeful that I might get fruit from my pawpaw tree for the first time ever! There are a few of these swollen while the rest have dropped off. Pollination has been a struggle but both trees blossomed this year🤞
