Back in the human suit again, taking promo pictures. Should finally have everything done by the morning and up onto the #SecondLife marketplace. Then I can collapse.

I think it's finally done... I had to spend last night reuploading a whole bunch of stuff because of a couple of errant pixels but at least now I've added a new step to my workflow so it won't happen again. Now to take a bunch of pictures in the human suit...

And a quick test of the emissive layers on the Waifu version. Just a couple of smudges to clear up on the waifu colour layers and then it's time to take a bunch of promo shots. #SecondLife

Premium Plus is definitely paying off. I've just done a whole bunch of tests to figure out how to get the transparent layers looking good and I'm finally happy with them. Now to upload another hundred or so textures...

Friday night and I'm just listening to the Cocteau Twins while I export about a million textures from Substance Painter. Younger me would be so proud.

I think I might be an AI. I just spent a couple of days mashing together various bits of LSL code I found on the internet with a total lack of understanding of what they actually do and I've come up with something that kind of works? Also, I drank a lot of water while I was doing it.

Version 3.0 of the Modular Catsuit is done and ready for purchase/redelivery. New seams, new appliers, new name too! And compatibility with the V-Tech chest for all the latex femboys out there in #SecondLife. Now to update the marketplace pictures and the Demo version...

Finally finished and uploaded v3.0 of the catsuit only to see that Licked have got one now. Oh well... I was exclusive for a couple of months anyway. 😄

The VTech chest suit is looking pretty good even if I do say so myself! Had to make a half-zipper option to prevent chafing though... #SecondLife

Anyway... back on my bullshit again with version 3 of the suit. Better seams, a little more wrinkling in the right places and some tweaks to the ambient occlusion to make it more versatile. The hard part is sticking to the Reborn body until it's done and not jumping between Reborn, Waifu and Vtech.

The left shoulder is easily my least favourite part of the #SecondLife body. You think everything's perfect then the light shifts and... visible seams! Back to Painter to figure out which bit of the material isn't behaving itself. Also, the Waifu boobs being, like, a single pixel out there.

Well... that's a thing. But I suppose that if it's sexually suggestive then I must be doing something right. And now I suppose I'd better label this post too.

Fiiiiiiinally finished the version 2.0 update of the Sora suit. -Improved Textures -Cleaner Lines -V-Tech and Waifu Support -And all the PBR materials included in the box! Now to update the marketplace pictures...

Trying out Toy's Siren EVA suit. Goes well with the new LWI - Mari space freighter.

So I can make PBR stuff for the M4 head... Need to sort out the roughness issues but it's a start!

Slowly getting the edge wear right on Sora version 2. Trying to balance between shiny chrome loveliness and enough wear to make her look 'real'.

Well the Vtech option for the Sora suit is coming along. It's not looking too bad, just need to get an angle grinder to polish off all the rust. Don't leave your gynoids out in the rain, people... #SecondLife

Oh dammit... VTech have updated their chest so now it works with the new materials for Reborn. Which is great! But also means I have to build another applier and release another version of the catsuit. And one for the gynoid too. And probably the Siren although that looks pretty good as is.

... And I might have spent too much time in Substance Painter. I just saw someone at Carnal in #SecondLife and thought 'Oh, that's grunge layer 14 on their top'.

I've been experimenting with more grungy rubber looks for the catsuit and wondering whether to upload them as little booster packs for L$100 each... but then I worry that it will feel a bit scammy rather than 'just buy what you need', which is what I'd intended. #SecondLife

It's done! Version 2.0 of the latex suit is live and I even figured out how to schedule a redelivery to everyone who'd already bought a copy. Fingers very, very crossed that I haven't messed anything up in there...

Okay... Think I've figured out how to get the Vtech suit working! Needs the [DD] appliers for now though. #SecondLife

I'm so close to getting this update done, just one more set of textures to upload for the Waifu applier (which needs its own independent textures for the lower half for some infuriating reason) and then I can finally box it up. Oh... and maybe an experiment making something for the VTech chest too.

Why do I do this to myself? Rebuilding the modular Catsuit from the ground up for version 2 to remove some of the tiny things that irritated me. Now to export, upload and make the appliers...

Woo, I've been approved by eBody for a devkit! So now I'm officially a creator. Now to start making some really weird stuff! And maybe shift the other items over from the janky, crashy thing I hacked together...

Back on the PBR train again, playing with latex and emissive layers... It's going to need a massive HUD to accommodate all the different colour choices and brightness levels. #SecondLife

Happy New Year! New year, new task list which I'm definitely going to stick to... 1) Update the things in the store to include the PBR materials in a special box that says 'don't touch unless you know what you're doing'.
