I love reading the posts,but a black background with white letters is hard to read

Dumb question. If t’s tariffs are to halt immigration, drugs, etc and to encourage US production…. Where does the tariff money go? Ok. U.S. treasury but for what/whom? Haven’t read any p.r. Help me 🤬
