OK hold on. So they want to buy it? So how about this: instead of selling, rent it for 99 years. That's a standard thing, allowing to re-discuss the fees again and so forth. This is phase one. Phase two is what to do with the money, and that I would only disclose to the top Danish authorities.

In case anyone's interested, this:

works nicely with MicroK8s, on RTX3060 12GB memory is the limit and you can't run more than two pods in parallel as you get OOM errors from TensorFlow, but two can run just fine!

I realized that I've been doing it in reverse: when people heard those golden era hip-hop records in the 90s, they'd be like "hey I know this sample, it's ...". In 2025 I'm like, hey I know this, Camp Lo/ATCQ/EPMD/... used it! Go check out the breaks.

I had to use the "pro" mode on the phone cam to tweak the white balance and exposure a little, but it shows the effect I'm after: the colors of our old Sanyo VCRs displays :) I had to make a small change in the "data viz" due to the limited color palette: Air Quality "excellent" and "good" are now

This appeared on the external mailbox at the post office: a big epaper display with environmental data. Where does it come from I don't know, but the description says that it doesn't replace the official ARPA (environment protection agency) data, so I suppose that the sensor is somewhere by the box.

An 812 for those who celebrate. It's quite bizarre to see it next to a 595 Abarth, I mean the size. On a side note, I lost track of new things and had to run an image search to properly identify it. WTF?

It started as a side effect, but I kinda like this idea of a passive buzzer connected to the reset pin of the display ๐ My tiny display clicks, which is especially funny when some digits change, it's like those old arrivals/departures boards at the airports, sort of.

Interesting side effect: I have one of those cheap TFT displays, specifically a 1.8'' ST7735, connected to a Xiao ESP32S3, using the Xiao Expansion Board. I just realized that I used the A3/GPIO3 pin for reset, and on the expansion board it's connected to the built-in buzzer. Now every time

It's not very pretty, but it (finally) works ๐ I used a 5x7 cm protoboard, as it fits perfectly into the Kradex Z123 sensor enclosure. It's a PCF8563 RTC (for which I now have my own async driver, too!), and three female headers: for ENS160, BME280 and a Sparkfun Qwiic connector board.

It turns out that Sensirion SEN54 sensor is used in the IKEA's VINDSTYRKA air quality monitoring device. A common hack is to put an ESP32 inside, connecting the exposed I2C points to push the sensor data to some website etc. So without really trying I sort of replicated this device, skipping the
