Realising now that I'm getting sick of studying, maybe its just me catastrophizing with first year grades but ive been watching myself put less effort despite wanting to do my best. I've had no break even though i begged for a gap year, and i think its catching up. I am really tired.

It's a genuine curse that I can't stay positive and upbeat all the time. It's disheartening when my seemingly infinite energy actually has a limit. But it’s also a blessing that I can take in warm energy from friends, a lovely reminder that I can keep going on bad days with the support of others.
