Well.... seems that my HF ops from JN80pi are finished... RTX broken, and my lab it's 900 Km away!! So, back to my remote, maybe via LEOsats... HF aren't so gud

Today national ARI contest... so managed to do some noise from my "remote HF station", even if I'm abt 900 km far south, into my loooong vacation!! A lot of fun, some QSO in CW/SSB/RTTY! but now going to have my last daily swim😎😎😎

Now I can explain some of the strange behaviour of the remote LEO: I’ve added two temp sensors, one for the case, oner for the PA (which isn’t currently installed). This also explains why the rotor has been refusing to raise the antenna over 30° recently, whereas in the evening there’s no problem

LEO satellite station “sanity check” when no satellite pass is available in the near future: Doppler traces from an aircraft flying over a beacon 50 km away... It works!!
