There is a reason why I went to Toronto a night before I head back to London. I wanted to visit the University of Toronto and the Music Library and pleased to meet Jan Guise, Head Liberian of the Music Library. She has showed me around the library. I look forward to IAML Congress 2027 there!

I never tried WestJet while I was living in Canada. But I liked it. Will use that again. This was in Premium Class.

Very pleased to present my Britten paper at the AMS PNW at the UVic School of Music, especially as a UVic Alumni. Immediately after this I headed to Vancouver for my evening flight to Toronto, ON.

Crossed the Pacific Ocean on easter weekend and here I am in Vancouver, British Columbia 🇨🇦. So good to be back here. Back to winter clothes.

A complete different weather in Canberra, ACT. This was the most productive time throughout my ten-day there after Perth. Most of Smalley's archival items and manuscripts are at the NLA.

Here I am back in Perth, Western Australia 🇦🇺 around mid-March 2025 where I spent ten days to get started with documenting Anglo-Aussie contemporary composer Roger Smalley (1943-2015). It was 40 degrees and had extreme heat wave - apparently was the hottest city in Australia.
