Wrapping gifts and cooking prep have replaced my writing time for the last week and a half. I did find time to throw down some story outlines as ideas came to me. Not much but it's something.

Growing up in a small rural town in the south, every time I found myself alone in the house I worried the rapture had occurred and everyone had been taken but me.

I put together way too much potatoes au gratin to bake tonight. Cream, cheese, garlic ,thyme. Too rich? Is that really a thing? (Will put up a post-baked photo later tonight). 🍽️#cooking
