Playing Gears of War Reloaded. Outside of revisiting Forza Horizon 5 a bit, sad to say this will probably be my last Game Pass game. For me, the service was pretty wonderful these past few years. But "all good things," and all that jazz.

It's been decades since I've seen Something Wicked This Way Comes, but I got to introduce Jenn to it tonight and, man, that was wonderful. It has its faults but, for my money, it's exactly the kind of flick that really gets me in the Halloween spirit.

Time for movie numero two-o, and easily one of my most anticipated of this spooky season: V/H/S/Halloween

Still super groggy from vaccines, so I think it's another double feature, lay on the couch under a blanket kind of night. Kicking things off with Werewolves!

AFI's new album, "Silver Bleeds the Black Sun," has a pretty perfect vibe for the Halloween season, in case you were curious.

I, for one, love getting movies like The Final Terror on #TheLastDriveIn. It's classic midnight fare. Exactly the kind of thing I loved stumbling upon on late-night TV or in the video store, then spent the next three decades asking "does ANYONE else remember this thing?"
