Hear me out: Thanksgiving dumplings: won ton skin filled w/ turkey, gravy, a bit of stuffing. Sear and then steam. Drip in cranberry sauce (melt if using canned). Black Friday Breakfast: stuffing made into a patty or in waffle iron to get a crispy crust, top with poached egg #Leftovers.
