IT’S TIME TO LOCK IN

I have lived in 5 different places since I started making videos (soon to be 6) and it is genuinely so hard to have a place that is quiet enough to record a majority of the time. Too many noises inside and outside.

VRChat on my phone crashed trying to load into a 94 user NYE instance ;-;

I’m thinking about visiting San Francisco in mid-March whether or not I work at GDC, as I’ve been wanting to for many years. It seems like a super cool city with lots to do and see! Great weather year round too, and incredible geography.

I applied to work at GDC (Game Developers Conference) today. Wish me luck!

I forgot to post this earlier, but this month marks my 5 year anniversary starting VRChat! If you had told me 5 years ago all the things that would happen to me, all the things I would do and all the people I would meet because of it, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. Thank you all so much!

now, mipmap streaming. this is a thing we've been prepping for. we'll dynamically adjust texture sizes to make sure you don't run out of vram. this works on both worlds and avatars & on all platforms. this also allows some interesting perf settings in the future. i know @darkswordsman.com is happy
