My pet fly that I named “Pence” has inherited some of my humanoid traits. He, like me, spends half of his time in the kitchen and half of his time in the bathroom. 😂😂

Tried some disc golf for the first time in a year. Gonna be awhile before the old muscles are loose and functioning correctly again. Felt good to get out.😀

Out bicycling today and a black cat crossed in front of me. I swerved and rode into a place having a yard sale, couldn’t stop and crashed into a mirror set up under a ladder leaning against the house. Bad Luck? I’m screwed. 😂 (The black cat part is true) 😀

Memories…It was simply a cardboard box. The 2’x6’ box that mom and dad’s new console stereo came in. But to us it was a race car…and an airplane…and a spaceship. All taking us on adventures that grownups could never understand. Our imaginations could take us anywhere. 😀

I realized that I’m officially old today when I went to look at the neighbors brand new Toyota Pickup, she said, “It was only $44,000” and I thought to myself, “That’s the same amount we paid for our first house.” 😂

64 years ago today a child was born. As a toddler he was a brat. As a teen he was a smartass. He smoked and drank too much. Listened to his music too loud. Fell in love. Got married, had kids. Lived. Lost. Survived. Learned. It’s been a blast. Here’s to the next 20! 😀
