Question to the playtesters that tried my game so far. I'm looking for a cool mechanic for the center hex, the namesake oasis. How about if it is the only field that gives you mana of any color of your choice and also doesn't turn into a wasteland after use? #gamedev #solodev #gamedesign

When you remind your opponent about that splash damage and then proceed to kill your own avatar with same splash damage the next turn. #gamedev #solodev #indiedev #cardgame #indiegame

Ranged Attacks can no longer hit adjacent units. In this example, I can shoot the plant orb or the apprentice with the flame spitter lizard, but not the blue dragon that's right adjacent. Should give enough of a counterplay... #gamedev #solodev #indiedev #cardgame #indiegame

There is some concern about readability of cards when stacking opacity effects. Transparent textboxes in transparent cards. What if, instead of graying out the ones you can't play, I animate the one you can play? More readable? #gamedev #solodev #indiedev #cardgame #indiegame #screenshotsaturday

Idk if it was just kinda overhyped but when I started the little indie game Cyberpunk 2077 on my new streaming computer for a test run, I was kinda just like "Huh, this is it?"

Simple change that took me way too long to just put in: Your handcards go a little less off-screen at the bottom so you can still read the card names while your hand is minimized. OBVIOUS UI IMPROVEMENT FINALLY LANDED! #gamedev #solodev #indiedev #cardgame #indiegame

Just a simple change of only highlighting playable cards if your active entity is a Conduit (spellcaster)... SHOULD BE QUICK! 4 changed files, 50 changed lines and a minor refactoring later... 😅 #gamedev #solodev #indiedev #cardgame #indiegame
