Finding my way back to my words has been terrifying, because I have had so much guilt over abandoning a daily habit and myself. I found my way back to my abandoned selves this summer, and lo and behold, they brought our voice back with them. I can’t express how life altering this has been.

Deep cleaning everything for fall, from my surroundings to my attitude. Something has shifted, hard. Finally.
