Did some back squats and deadlifts. Under 200lbs, but add reps for intensity now. Extra time under tension has the squats hitting my erectors and low back. Feeling DL’s in my lats. This is new. Working out is such a journey, man. There’s no ceiling. Gyms on base are the best. #blackskyfitness

I skipped the gym today. My elbow was killing me so I decided to give it a day of rest. I needed to cut my grass, so to make up for the lack of gym today I threw on a 40lb vest while I did that. That thing kicked my a** for real. #blackskyfitness
