Ethical farming is a tough shell to crack. Kipster's goal is to raise roosters, the brothers of the laying hens, for meat. Due to lack of infrastructure in the US, it's not on the market yet. As an interim step, in-ovo sexing innovation brings us one big step closer to making Kipster farms better.
