Whilst going through older builds to generate more AI slop (for my own enjoyment), I came across this. My first go at a vignette. My figure painting hasn't improved greatly since.

Wrong a month ago, definitely wrong since then, and an absolute diplomatic clusterfuck after today's rant.

I enjoyed using AI to display my models. I must stress that AI only created the background using my prompts. The models are not touched by it. FWIW it is a tool I will use for display after the passage of time. New builds will still be pictured on the display stones as is customary.

What next? If I am going to #buildthestash then getting tucked into the Airfix kits I buy but somehow ignore. 6 years since I last built an Airfix. Unlike most I am not going Desert Storm, local(ish) instead.

First for 26. Tamiya's 1/48 F-15J. 60th Anniversary of Chitose Airbase, as flown by 201 Squadron JASDF. Unsure if this variant is correct, but just look at those tails. Kept her clean. 2 tone grey may be too subtle. #histscalemodels #buildthestash

Not only am I fed up with the weather (no snow so far today but a couple inches due tonight), max temp minus 5. I am tiring of decals, 75% done. Underside to go.

I have lived in Aberdeenshire for 11 years, the older folk tell me this is what it used to be like. However, speaking as a Guernseyman, this is not normal. 6 days of the stuff, 6 days shovelling the drive just in case. I have never seen this much snow.
