Through the hard work of too many individuals to list here, the remote sensing community built a global monitoring system that we thought would be the stepping stone to even greater capabilities. I'm sure Dr. Biesiekierski could be entirely right that my gluten sensitivity is due to something else. But it's easy to eat a well-balanced gluten-free diet. And it's more difficult to eat a low FODMAP diet. So I'll continue to avoid wheat
