Also not liking the intense heat already its only May, but today is almost 90 out. The high temp plus the incoming storm is causing a POTS flare up for me. Had to put only the cold food away and then go lay on the couch. Im also still very much sore and in pain from vending this past weekend.

Went to the grocery store today. Thankfully bestie was able to cover food stuff. But we did get some foods/snacks from our 90s childhoods for a bit of a dopamine hit. And I found a new brand of ice cream that had a honey vanilla flavor. So got that to try too!
